As a member of our team, you will undergo a comprehensive week of training to master our unique stretching modalities. Once certified, you will provide clients with an effective and comfortable stretching experience that boosts energy, enhances mental clarity, and promotes overall wellness.

At Stretch Zone, we empower clients with Flex-ability for Life through our proprietary stretching method and patented stabilization system. Our mission is to enhance health and wellness in a welcoming environment, equipped with knowledgeable staff and comfortable facilities to ensure a relaxing experience.

Key responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service and effective assisted stretching techniques, tailoring individualized stretching programs to meet each client's specific needs, maintaining client schedules and ensuring timely sessions, contributing to a clean and welcoming studio environment, and collaborating with management and front desk staff to provide outstanding service.

Qualifications include having completed college-level coursework in Exercise Science, Health Science, Anatomy and Physiology, Kinesiology, or possessing relevant certifications. A passion for health, wellness, and helping others is also required.

Compensation: $12.00 - $25.00 per hour

Most stretching methodologies try to wait out, overpower, trick, or ignore the stretch reflex. The proven way to increase performance and mobility is to work with the stretch reflex with the revolutionary techniques available through the Stretch Zone Methodology (SZM). The SZM Practitioner identifies any postural and movement limitations, then tries to correct or mitigate them through specific applied stretching sessions. With a balanced system the customer will reach their true maximum potential, whether they are a professional athlete, weekend warrior, couch potato, or suffering from chronic pain or illness.

As a minimum prerequisite to SZM we recommend a personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF and/or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work.
