Job Title: Warehouse Worker Job Overview

We are hiring motivated Warehouse Associates to support operations in a high-volume distribution facility located in and around Post Falls. This role involves handling incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining organized inventory, and fulfilling customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.

• Shipping Operations:
• Accurately pack, label, scan, and prepare products for shipment while ensuring timely loading onto outbound trucks.
• Receiving Duties:
• Unload incoming deliveries, inspect items for damage, verify quantities, and organize products for storage.
• Stocking & Storage:
• Place items in designated warehouse locations using handheld scanners and equipment while maintaining an organized workspace.
• Order Fulfillment:
• Select and pack items based on order requirements, ensuring accuracy and meeting productivity standards.
• Inventory Management:
• Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, update inventory systems, and report discrepancies.

• Prior warehouse or general labor experience is a plus, but not required
• Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse tools preferred
• Basic computer knowledge for tracking and data entry
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Fast-paced and performance-driven warehouse setting
• Regular standing, walking, bending, and lifting required
• Exposure to warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of POST FALLS, ID.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
