This role supports work ranging from small retail projects to larger institutional buildings and plays a key role in ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and to quality standards.ResponsibilitiesManage commercial construction projects from award through closeoutCoordinate schedules, materials, subcontractors, and internal resourcesTrack job costs, change orders, and overall project performanceCommunicate with clients, field leadership, and internal teams to maintain project momentumSupport quality control efforts and help resolve field-related issuesAssist with closeout documentation and project completionRequirementsPrior experience managing commercial construction projects; experience with a specialty contractor or subcontractor preferredStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyResults-driven mindset with attention to detailCollege degree is a plusThis role offers the chance to grow within a commercial division that continues to expand its project portfolio and market presence.
