We're seeking a Senior Project Manager ready to take ownership of a portfolio of projects and mentor the next generation of PMs. This role calls for a passionate problem solver who acts with integrity and holds themselves and others to the highest standard.

ADP has been in the drywall business since 1992, serving the hospitality industry, residential markets, and commercial customers. Since our inception, we've completed a significant number of hotels, apartments, condominiums, student housing, assisted living projects, and residential homes for both production and custom builders.

About the Role

We're looking for a highly motivated Senior Project Manager who is passionate about the construction process to join our Indianapolis, Indiana team. At Associated Drywall Partners, every associate is empowered to drive their own success — you'll own project performance and profitability from day one, across projects of all sizes and scales, while providing leadership and guidance to project teams.

Responsibilities

Own the managerial and administrative aspects of a project, including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing, cost reporting, safety, and proposal preparation
Ensure project estimates are accurate and complete
Lead scope review meetings with clients to review the scope of work, discuss ways to reduce costs, and provide value engineering ideas
Oversee the buyout process and selection of subcontractors
Make sound decisions under tight deadlines
Organize, plan, and manage multiple projects simultaneously to accomplish desired results
Commit to quality by evaluating and improving project-related processes
Use client input to drive improvements and meet or exceed internal and external expectations
Act with integrity in a manner that supports the company, its values, and fellow associates, while maintaining a constant focus on meeting or exceeding customer requirements and expectations
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to project managers and coordinators on the team

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field — or 10+ years of commercial drywall construction experience
Strong understanding of metal stud framing installation
Strong understanding of acoustical ceiling systems
Strong understanding of drywall installation
Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, Procore, and On-Screen Takeoff (OST) software
Proven track record managing project performance and profitability on commercial projects
