West Grand School District 1-Jt Kremmling, Colorado 80459 Job Title: Elementary Teachers Reports to: K-6 School Principal Salary: $44,204 - $56,518 Work year: 166 days Job Summary West Grand School District 1-Jt is looking for a passionate Elementary School Teacher to help students develop and flourish throughout the school year. An Elementary School Teacher who will develop ways to help students grow in the classroom by setting an excellent example and providing lessons that meet the needs of all students. Qualifications Must possess a Colorado Teacher License or be able to obtain one. Preferred elementary school teaching experience. Excellent oral and verbal communication skills. Proven problem‑solving skills. Essential Functions Create a classroom environment conducive to learning. Ability to communicate in ways students will understand. Ability to instruct students and manage their behavior. Strong communications, public relations and interpersonal skills. Demonstrates success in assisting English Language Learners to develop English oral proficiency and proficiency in reading, writing and math. Demonstrates success in working collaboratively with other professional staff on instructional improvements issues. Knowledge of best practices in literacy instructions. Knowledge of MTSS.
