ABOUT THE ROLE

We're seeking a highly organized, personable, and detail-oriented Marketing & Client Services Assistant to join our boutique advertising and marketing agency specializing in luxury residential real estate.

\n

\n

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate or early-career professional interested in advertising, marketing, and the creative agency world. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in keeping multiple projects, deadlines, and day-to-day details organized and moving forward.

Our ideal candidate is polished, resourceful, proactive, and eager to learn. Someone who is as comfortable communicating with clients as they are managing the details behind the scenes; someone who anticipates needs, follows through consistently, and ensures nothing falls through the cracks.

While previous agency or marketing experience is a plus, we're most interested in finding someone with exceptional communication skills, a strong work ethic, sound judgment, and a genuine enthusiasm for the work we do.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

\n

\n

\n
• Support the day-to-day coordination of multiple client accounts, ensuring exceptional communication, responsiveness, and professionalism.
\n
• Assist the Project Management team with the execution of marketing and advertising initiatives for luxury residential real estate developments.
\n
• Work closely with our internal creative, development, and digital teams to keep projects organized, on schedule, and moving toward completion.
\n
• Participate when needed in client calls and meetings, take detailed notes, provide project updates, coordinate next steps, and assist in identifying solutions when challenges arise.
\n
• Maintain consistent follow-up with clients and internal teams, ensuring priorities, outstanding items, and next steps are clearly communicated and addressed.
\n
• Support campaign reporting, e-blast preparation and distribution, performance updates, and coordination with internal digital specialists.
\n
• Provide account and project coordination coverage for fellow team members during vacations, absences, and other periods of leave, helping ensure seamless client communication and uninterrupted project momentum.
\n
• Proactively identify outstanding tasks, anticipate upcoming needs, and help keep daily agency operations running smoothly.
\n

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

\n
• A recent college graduate or early-career professional with an interest in marketing, advertising, communications, or client services.
\n
• Previous experience or internships with an advertising agency, creative agency, marketing firm, or residential real estate development company are a plus.
\n
• An interest in luxury residential real estate, branding, advertising, and digital marketing.
\n
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects, deadlines, and changing priorities.
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a polished, professional, personable, and approachable presence.
\n
• Strong administrative and coordination skills, including scheduling, tracking deliverables, maintaining project documentation, and managing ongoing communications.
\n
• Exceptional attention to detail, proactive follow-through, and the ability to anticipate needs before they become issues.
\n
• Confidence communicating with clients and colleagues, asking thoughtful questions, and contributing ideas and solutions.
\n
• A collaborative, team-first mentality with the flexibility to step in, take ownership of tasks, and support other accounts as needed.
\n
• The ability to remain composed, resourceful, and positive in a busy, deadline-driven environment.
\n
• Comfort with digital tools and technology, (we are a Mac based company) with a willingness to learn project management tools and other marketing platforms.
\n
• A genuine appreciation for the creative process and an enthusiasm for contributing to a boutique agency environment.

Schedule & Location:

\n

Secaucus, New Jersey

\n

Full-time hybrid position:

\n

\n
• Monday–Thursday: In-office, 9 AM–5 PM
\n
• Friday: Remote, (in-person when needed) 9 AM–6 PM
\n

\n

\n

Salary : $50,000–$60,000 annually, commensurate with experience
