Cedar Creek provides evidence-based treatment to adolescents and adults struggling with mental health issues. Cedar Creek Hospital invests in our patients by offering an integrated medicine approach that includes the latest therapies such as yoga, mindfulness, aromatherapy, music therapy and nutrition. As part of our success and innovation in the field we are seeking a qualified applicant for a Registered Nurse RN Rover position. Act as a clinical resource for unit staff during daily activities. Facilitate the admission and belonging process from the Intake Department, ambulance bay, and to the designated unit. Complete nurse-to-nurse assessments with other healthcare facilities and communicate with Internal Medicine as needed. Complete internal nursing assessments. Competently assess, plan, and deliver care for patients with co-occurring disorders. Continuously assess and reassess the patient's medical and psychiatric status and changing needs. Participate with other team members in planning and implementing the patient's treatment plan. Work with both adult and adolescent populations. Hours Full-time, 3 12-hour shifts per week, 12 pm-12:30 am. This position also includes an every-third-weekend rotation.
