Assistant/Associate Professor, Family Medicine Physician - Rowan-Virtua SOM Job no: 501157 Work type: Regular Full-Time Location: Sewell, New Jersey Job Description: Rowan-Virtua School of Osteopathic Medicine is seeking a full‑time family medicine physician to join the Department of Family Medicine. The selected candidate will provide direct patient care at outpatient clinical offices in Southern New Jersey, hold an academic title, and actively participate in the training and education of medical students, interns, residents, and fellows. Responsibilities Provide and manage direct patient care at outpatient clinical offices. Serve as a core faculty member in the Family Medicine Residency program at Sewell. Mentor and educate medical students, interns, residents, and fellows. Participate in faculty development activities. Collaborate on research with faculty and residents. Qualifications Valid New Jersey Medical License. CDS (Clinical Documentation Software) certification. DEA registration. Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Compensation Salary range: $190,000 to $220,000. Placement within this range is based on qualifications and experience.
