Job Description Job Description Company: The Best Roofing Company of its kind in the Detroit and Grand Rapids markets. 30-year-old family-owned business providing roof replacement, storm restoration, siding, and gutters. Position: Call Center Customer Service Representative - This role focuses on customer development, appointment scheduling, customer satisfaction after sales, completing post-install paperwork, and presenting additional services or options to customers over the phone.
