Position Overview Raizan Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Dental Office Receptionist to join a reputable dental practice in Romeo, MI. This role is critical to ensuring a welcoming environment for patients and maintaining efficient office processes. Key Responsibilities Proficiently use Dentrix software for scheduling, patient management, and office workflows (Dentrix experience is a MUST). Accurately create and manage detailed treatment plans for patients. Oversee patient check-in and check-out processes with professionalism and attention to detail. Schedule and coordinate patient appointments to optimize the practice’s daily operations. Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring patients feel welcomed and valued. Collaborate with the dental team to maintain an organized and positive working environment. Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 1 year as a Dental Receptionist or Dental Office Manager in a clinical setting. Expertise: Strong knowledge of dental office workflows and patient care. Skills Advanced proficiency in Dentrix software (mandatory). Demonstrated ability to create and manage detailed treatment plans. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
