KEY RESPONSIBILITIESThe Receptionist is a team player that combines many of our Fox values when communicating with customers, team members, vendors, and our community. As a Receptionist you are responsible for answering basic inquiries and directing customers. Others may be assigned.Greets visitors and answers incoming phone calls to determine the nature of their visit.Communicates with visitors and incoming callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.Provide basic dealer information or directs customers to the correct departmentCommunicates messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.Answers incoming phone calls.
