Job Title

Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Room (ER) – Nights (Travel/Contract)

Key Responsibilities

• Float between two Emergency Department campuses, including a Level I Trauma Center and a Level III Emergency Department
• Provide direct patient care in a high-acuity emergency room setting within a large academic medical center
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, triage, and interventions for emergency and trauma patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver safe, effective, and timely patient care
• Complete required learning modules and adhere to all facility compliance and background check standards prior to and during assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona, with no disciplinary actions on record (license verification required within last 30 days)
• Minimum of 24 months of Emergency Room RN experience, with experience within the last 12 months
• Prior experience in a Level I Trauma Center
• Active BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Active TNCC certification from an approved vendor
• Active NIHSS certification
• Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
• Experience in a 500+ bed hospital setting
• Flexibility with locations, shifts, and departments to support placement efficiency
