Are you a creative powerhouse with a passion for social media and storytelling? We are seeking a dynamic individual to join a team focused on crafting compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences. In this pivotal role, you will help shape the voice of beloved brands through bold, trend-setting content, directly influencing how consumers experience and engage with them. You will be instrumental in generating best-in-class social content with efficiency and excellence, driving loyalty and cultural relevance.


Key Responsibilities

• Create thumb-stopping content that resonates with diverse audiences across various social platforms.
• Design static graphics and edit short-form videos, adhering to brand guidelines and current trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to align content with brand strategy and campaign goals.
• Stay ahead of social trends, platform updates, and emerging formats to inform content strategy.
• Support the creation of social toolkits, templates, and creative briefs.
• Monitor and engage with audiences across owned social channels using social media management tools.
• Respond to key comments and messages in a timely, brand-appropriate manner.
• Flag emerging issues, trends, or opportunities to internal teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience in social media content creation.
• Strong TikTok / Reels experience
• Experience with creators / influencers / UGC workflows
• Strong graphic design and video editing skills (e.g., using industry-standard design and video editing software).
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Experience with social media management tools.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Experience with user-generated content (UGC) and creator-platform workflows.
• Strong experience with dynamic video content platforms.
• Ability to produce work that feels platform-native and not overly polished.
• Experience with creators and influencers.
• Ability to contribute to content and creator briefs.
• Recent experience with short-form video content creation.
• Examples of lo-fi / UGC-style content.
• Strong social-first editing skills.
• Please be prepared to provide a portfolio showcasing your best design work or standout social content that demonstrates your creative impact.
• Strong TikTok / Reels experience

Preferred Skills

• Experience in community management.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, design, or a related field.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
• Proof of engagement or performance for past content.

Position is 100% remote, BUT looking for someone local to either Chicago, IL or Greater NY Metro area. They would like someone to be onsite about 1x a quarter for business critical meetings and must be in one of these locations. MAY consider 100% remote candiate if on the East Coast
