Hospice Registered Nurse

Join our client's extraordinary care team as a Hospice Registered Nurse. This full-time position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities

Collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans

Meet critical deadlines for charting

Self-manage time and schedule

Demonstrate experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software

Schedule and Shift Details

Schedule: Monday – Thursday 5p-8a

Travel

Local travel required

Qualifications Required

Associate degree or higher

Hospice (2+ years)

1+ years of experience in ANY of the following: Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Other EMR TruChart EHR Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Pennsylvania (PA)

Do you have a valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance (all 3)? (yes)

Have you spoke with a Relode Recruiter about this role (via phone or video)? (yes)

Are you okay with the required travel for this position? (yes)
