We are seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. This role is primarily in-office, fostering close collaboration with an experienced sales team and direct leadership support, with the flexibility to work from home on an as-needed basis

• Base pay of $18 per hour, with expected first-year earnings of $70,000 - $90,000

Responsibilities

• Call and follow up on provided leads to generate new business
• Comfortable with making up to 200 calls per day
• Write 20+ new policies for auto, home, life, and other insurance lines per month
• Collaborate with the sales team to learn and apply best practices
• Follow proven sales processes within the agency
• Support the service team as needed to ensure excellent client experience

Requirements

• Bilingual (Spanish) is a major plus but not required
• Less than one year of sales or insurance experience is welcome; training will be provided
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport
• Motivation to learn sales strategies such as quoting, bundling, and cross-selling
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate and grow
• Ability to develop more meaningful conversations with clients through financial planning approaches
• Commitment to obtaining insurance licenses before start date (agency-supported)
