You Bring At least 2 years of retail leadership experience (store manager, assistant manager, or multi-store leadership preferred) Proven success driving sales, managing expenses, and achieving operational goals A strong track record of building positive team culture and developing others Deep understanding of retail operations, including scheduling, labor planning, inventory, and compliance A hands-on, solutions-oriented leadership style with excellent communication and organizational skills Passion for sustainability, the outdoors, and the Fjällräven mission About Us Fjällräven has connected people to nature since 1960.
