Senior FP&A Manager

Summary Experienced finance professional supporting corporate FP&A functions including Global Impact and Communications, providing financial planning and analysis to inform decision making. Role is primarily New York based with an in-office requirement of three days a week and involves forecasting, reporting, and collaboration across functions. Responsibilities Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and analysis Execute month-end close process and prepare variance analyses Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting Prepare regular financial reports and analyses for leadership review Prepare and present quarterly consolidated functional reporting Assist in developing annual financial plans and budgets Conduct operational analyses including sustainability metrics tracking Identify opportunities for process enhancement and standardize reporting tools Lead small teams or project workstreams and mentor junior team members Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance Accounting or related field 5-7 years of progressive experience in FP&A Strong analytical and financial modeling skills Experience in retail apparel industry preferred Knowledge of sustainability initiatives is a plus Excellent communication and presentation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
