Financial Systems & Treasury Analyst

Our client is seeking a Financial Systems & Treasury Analyst to join its Finance team. This role combines financial analysis, treasury operations, and systems support, offering the opportunity to improve business processes while contributing to the day-to-day financial operations of the organization. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain financial reports, models, and dashboards that support business planning and decision-making. Support treasury operations through cash forecasting, account reconciliations, banking activities, and cash management. Identify opportunities to improve workflows by streamlining processes and implementing automation where appropriate. Partner with Finance and cross-functional teams to enhance reporting capabilities, data accuracy, and operational effectiveness. Assist with financial systems maintenance, enhancements, testing, and process improvement initiatives. Analyze financial data, investigate variances, and provide recommendations to support management decisions. Participate in special projects and other initiatives that improve finance operations and organizational efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. One to three years of experience in accounting, treasury, finance, financial systems, or a related analytical role. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, reporting, PivotTables, and complex formulas. Experience working with ERP systems, financial reporting tools, or business applications. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.
