People Advisor — Employee Experience & Guidance

You will translate policies into actionable guidance, support onboarding, employee relations, and lifecycle events while ensuring compliance. A hybrid schedule allows 1–2 days on downtown Chicago campus weekly. Ideal candidates have prior People Team experience in SaaS, a system-oriented mindset, and strong knowledge of US employment laws.
