Pay: $2,529.60 per week

Shifts: Call requirements every 6-7 weeks for one week at night from 5pm-8am

Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN specializing in Home Health for a travel assignment in Franklin, NC. This dynamic role involves delivering high-quality care to approximately 5-6 patients per day in a supportive home health environment.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Home Health - Travel

Provide high-quality home health and hospice care
Manage a caseload of approximately 5-6 patients per day
Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans
Coordinate with unit secretaries and techs as required
Document patient care using the HCHB system

Requirements of the RN - Home Health - Travel

Valid RN license
Home health and hospice experience
Prior experience in the Franklin/Macon county area preferred
Reliable vehicle for patient visits
