Qualifications Applicants should have at least one year working specifically with an elderly or aging population, hold a current RN license, and valid driver's license. EOE Qualifications
- Monday - Friday, Daylight Schedule 8:00AM - 4:30PM
- Minimal On-Call Rotation

- Identifying medical needs for individual members, and setting care priorities accordingly
- Developing ongoing Plans of Care, in partnership with Senior LIFE interdisciplinary teams
- Interpreting, recording and acting on diagnostic results, and performing advanced nursing techniques and critical care procedures
- Identifying and assessing major medical problems, and communicating potential needs to a physician or specialist
