Washington, PA - Full-time; Hourly, Non-exempt; Daylight shift Staff Nurse (6 AM - 2:30 PM) and Evening shift Supervisor (2 PM - 10:30 PM) with rotating weekends and holidays

Starting Pay: $26.50/hour - $33.50/hour; Depending on experience + Up to $3,000 Sign-on Bonus

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) coordinates and supports the individualized plan of care for community residents. Supervises and provides leadership and direction to community team members to ensure quality care and services are provided to residents.

Requirements for the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Hold a valid, current Practical Nurse License in good standing.
• Possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to effectively interact with both residents and team members.
• Demonstrate excellent teamwork.
• Experience in Senior Living preferred.
• Experience in memory care (dementia or Alzheimers) preferred.
• Proven leadership experience preferred.
