Job Description
Oversee supplier and contract manufacturer quality programs, including audits, qualifications, and CAPA management. Manage product testing programs (stability, compatibility, safety, SPF, OTC), including timelines, protocols, and reporting. Own and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS), including change control, documentation, deviations, and continuous improvement initiatives. Lead quality investigations, root cause analysis, and complaint management to ensure product integrity and compliance. Support regulatory compliance and documentation, including ingredient listings, artwork review, and product dossiers (PIFs). Partner cross-functionally to ensure on-time, compliant product launches.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Quality Manager/Senior Manager - OTC should have:
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs within beauty, personal care, or OTC products
- Strong knowledge of GMP, quality systems, and global regulatory frameworks
- Experience working closely with contract manufacturers and suppliers
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a hands-on approach
