Job Description Job Title: Accountant I Location: Lehi, UT Duration: 2-month+ Qualifications- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of experience in collections and/or Accounts Receivable (AR).
- At least 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office, with strong proficiency in Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional email correspondence.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Use defined programs in assisting customers with items they requested (ie invoices)
- Prepare statements for customers
- Make outgoing calls regard outstanding balances
- Professionally handle incoming phone calls
- Enter credits and adjusting transactions to maintain data accuracy
