We are in search of a Commercial HVAC Sales Specialist with a background in commercial refrigeration or HVAC systems who thrives on building client relationships and driving business growth in mechanical system projects. If you are the right fit, relocation assistance is available.This role will involve selling and developing refrigeration projects and systems in a design/build contractor setting. You will be tasked with identifying project opportunities in industrial facilities, outlining project scopes, and collaborating with internal engineering teams to provide estimates. This is a sales position focused on projects, not on service technician duties.This company prides itself on its strong industry reputation and fosters a supportive, family-like environment where teamwork is key to delivering successful projects to clients.Responsibilities• Develop new projects with industrial clients• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers in Southwest Ohio• Identify facility needs for refrigeration and HVAC systems• Prepare estimates for refrigeration and HVAC projects• Collaborate with engineering teams to advance projects• Drive regional market growth and nurture long-term client relationshipsQualifications• Experience with industrial refrigeration or HVAC systems• Minimum of five years selling mechanical or refrigeration projects• Previous experience in a design/build contractor or industrial services environment• Ability to provide estimates for refrigeration and HVAC projects• Track record of developing business with new and existing clients• Knowledge of industrial refrigeration systems, especially ammonia refrigeration, preferred• CO? refrigeration knowledge is a plus• Strong mechanical skills and ability to communicate effectively with clientsCompensation & Benefits• Salary range: $110,000 – $120,000 dependent on experience• Performance-based bonus potential• Company-provided vehicle with gas, insurance, and maintenance covered• Health insurance coverage• 401(k) with matching contribution• Paid time off and holidays• Life and disability insuranceLocationCincinnati, OHPrimarily local travel in the Southwest Ohio territory.
