Contract / Project-Based Opportunity
Our client, a mission-driven nonprofit organization supporting human services and retail programs, is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to assist with an upcoming Sage Intacct conversion project. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, maintaining accuracy, and supporting large-scale system and process improvement initiatives.

Data Entry Specialist Responsibilities
Enter, review, and validate financial and operational data during a system conversion project
The Data Entry Specialist will assist with data cleanup, formatting, and migration activities
Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation
The Data Entry Specialist will support template preparation and data organization efforts
Review information for completeness and resolve discrepancies as needed
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely data processing
The Data Entry Specialist will assist with additional administrative and project-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications of the Data Entry Specialist Role
Strong data entry and organizational skills
Experience working with Excel and large data sets
Prior experience with ERP, accounting, or financial systems preferred
Sage Intacct or other accounting software experience is a plus
Background in accounting, finance, AP/AR, or administrative support preferred
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Ideal Candidate

Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
Adaptable and eager to support process improvement initiatives
Interested in gaining exposure to ERP/system conversion projects
