Work Schedule: Part-Time; flexible availability required , weekends, and holidays if required.

This position is eligible for Paid Sick and Safe Time (PSST) under the Healthy Families and Workplaces Act. All employees may also make pre-tax or post-tax (Roth) contributions to our retirement plan – must be 18 years of age to participate.

Join our team as an Event Staff Custodian and help keep event venues clean, safe, and welcoming for guests. Responsibilities include trash removal, restroom maintenance, sweeping, mopping, cleaning common areas, and assisting with event setup and breakdown. Ideal candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced event environment and taking pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards. No experience required; training provided.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods
• Ability to lift and move over 50 pounds
• Knowledge of different cleaning products and tools

• Ability to work with minimal supervision

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: 6 months to 1 year of custodial, janitorial, or event setup experience.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand or walk for long hours, bend, squat, climb ladders, and lift 50+ pounds.
• Communication Skills: Good interpersonal skills to assist guests and coordinate with other operations teams.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules

Education:

• High School Diploma, Preferred

Experience:

• 1+ year of Previous Experience, Preferred
