Recognized as a leader in plaintiff-side wage-and-hour class action litigation, the firm represents employees and consumers in high-impact cases against regional, national, and Fortune 500 companies across a wide range of industries. The firm's practice focuses on the prosecution of complex employment and consumer class actions, including matters involving wage-and-hour violations, PAGA claims, unfair business practices, discrimination, and false advertising. Licensed to practice law in California or Illinois, or licensed in another U.8+ years of civil litigation experience. Strong experience managing all phases of litigation, including: Written discovery and discovery strategy Motion practice Court appearances and oral advocacy Taking and defending depositions Case management and client interaction Experience with employment litigation, wage-and-hour claims, class actions, collective actions, PAGA matters, or other complex litigation is highly preferred.
