NOW Hiring - Patient Care Coordinator - Front Desk Doctors of Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Patient Care Coordinator for our Evanston clinic. These are important for building relationships with patients and the community to provide a welcoming environment. Location, Compensation and Employment Type Location: 1129 Emerson St, Evanston, IL, 60201, United States Base Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 / Hour Employee Type: Full Time Non Exempt Responsibilities Effectively communicate patients, families, team members, clinicians and all departments. Provides detailed instructions to patients for their visits. Reviews and evaluates patient charts for data entry accuracy. Work as a team to ensure we have an efficient working environment to ensure that calls are made timely to patients and referral sources. Familiarity with Outpatient Rehabilitation/Medical services and medical terminology. Scanning/faxing/other clerical duties Collecting copay's and patient balances Patient Care assistance as needed Strong organizational skills Knowledge of Insurance benefits Must be available to work Monday through Friday and potentially a few very early evenings.
