When you become our full-time Lead Horticulturist - Gardener , you'll earn $30-$40 per hour , depending on experience, and receive fantastic benefits , including:

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS

• 5+ years of gardening experience
• Physical ability to perform the necessary landscaping functions of the job, including working outdoors in all types of weather conditions
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

As our Lead Horticulturist - Gardener, you'll take ownership of maintaining and enhancing residential gardens while leading a skilled landscaping crew of 1-2 gardeners. Each day, you'll oversee and perform essential gardening tasks like weeding, pruning, deadheading, watering, and planting, ensuring every landscape thrives. You'll also organize plant materials, contribute to garden designs, and create stunning seasonal pots. Beyond the garden, you'll manage scheduling, ensuring landscaping jobs are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. With your top-notch communication skills, you'll coordinate seamlessly with clients, team members, and management, making sure projects stay on track.
