Maintenance/Project Coordinator

Demonstrate excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Motivate workers in their charge, and constantly look for ways to innovate old methods and practices.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and complete work orders
• Coordinate scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance requests
• Coordinate and oversee all repairs and maintenance projects
• Maintain records and monitor maintenance status daily
• Proactively communicate with various departments
• Review and approve all invoices submitted by vendors for work
• Scout out and hire new vendors for work orders

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Prior Maintenance experience preferred
• Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient computer skills (Microsoft excel/ word)
• Able to manage priorities and workflow
• Ability to perform diversified clerical functions
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English
• Business office experience preferred but not required
• Strong typing skills
• High school diploma or GED
