Cypress/Karate Testing Consultant

We are seeking a highly experienced QA Automation Consultant with expertise in Cypress and Karate frameworks. The ideal candidate will lead and mentor QA teams, implement robust automation strategies, and ensure high-quality software delivery. This role requires strong programming skills, hands-on experience with modern testing tools, and a solid understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD integration. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor QA automation teams to ensure best practices and high-quality deliverables. Design and implement automated test frameworks using tools such as Cypress, Karate, Selenium, Cucumber, JUnit, or similar. Perform API testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or SoapUI. Collaborate with development and QA teams in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban). Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Bamboo, GitLab CI, or similar tools. Utilize version control systems such as Git or SVN for test code management. Required Qualifications Minimum 8 years of experience in QA automation and software testing. Proven experience in leading and mentoring QA automation teams. Hands-on expertise in automation tools including Cypress, Karate, Selenium, Cucumber, and JUnit. Experience with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured, SoapUI). Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN).
