We have experienced rapid expansion over the past decade and to further the growth, we are looking for highly ambitious professionals to join our Tea Around Town Chicago experience.Server/Brand Ambassador PositionWe are currently hiring team members in the dual role of BOTH Server AND Brand Ambassador at Tea Around Town Chicago! Prospective team members should be willing to perform both roles. Professional food service, customer service and hospitality backgrounds are STRONGLY preferred.Please see BOTH Server AND Brand Ambassador descriptions, responsibilities and requirements below:Server DescriptionAs a Server at Tea Around Town Dallas, you'll be responsible for all aspects of Tea service aboard our unmistakable Tea Around Town bus. Your role will be to organize and keep track of necessary materials onboard, to maintain CLEAR communication with our kitchen and bus operations teams, to greet, engage with, and serve our guests, and clean and reset the bus for multiple trips a day to ensure efficient and organized turnover.Server Responsibilities:Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming mannerOffer the entirety of our tea menu throughout the course of the tourProvide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu accurately and efficientlyEnsure guest satisfaction by engaging with our visitors throughout their dining experienceClear tables and reset them completely and efficiently to prepare for next guests and multiple trips/dayCollaborate and communicate with other team members to ensure exemplary guest serviceServer Requirements:Previous experience in the hospitality or food service industry is strongly preferredKnowledge of culinary terminology and food preparation techniques is beneficialExemplary time management skills to prioritize and manage tasks effectivelyExcellent customer service skills to provide a positive dining experience for guestsAbility to work in a fast-paced and changing environment while maintaining attention to detailExperience with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining areaThe Server role is Tip EligibleBrand Ambassador DescriptionAs a Brand Ambassador for TopView Sightseeing, you'll be the face and voice of our brand, the first line of in-person public relations, and responsible for promoting our services and enhancing our visibility and reputation. Your primary role will be to greet with our guests, direct them to the proper pickup location, engage with them prior to departure, and maintain clear communication and organization between our guests and vital details of our operations.Brand Ambassador Responsibilities:Welcoming guests in a polite and friendly manner.Checking and scanning guests' tickets and directing guests to the bus.Informing guests about departure times, location of stops, and other needed information.Collect guest information to assist in resolving customer service-related issues and concernsCoordinate with and support colleagues, bus operators, dispatchers, and managers to execute the day-to-day operationsBe responsible for company equipment.Promote a culture of positivityMonitor the safety of employees and guests.Conduct and submit various reports as assignedBrand Ambassador Requirements:Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with guestsStrong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers and colleagues.Enthusiastic and outgoing personality, with a passion for travel, tourism, and exploring new destinations.Knowledge of Chicago, IL attractions, landmarks, and tourist hotspots is strongly preferred.Prior experience in customer service, hospitality and marketing is advantageous but not required.Ability work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, with the potential for remote or offsite assignments.Pay Rate: $19.50-$20.50Job Type: Part-TimeScheduling: Must be able to work weekends and holidays Expected hours: 10 – 40 per weekBenefits:Flexible scheduleSchedule:10 hour shift8 hour shiftDay shiftEvening shiftJoin us as a Server/Brand Ambassador for Tea Around Town with TopView Sightseeing, and play a pivotal role in shaping unforgettable travel experiences for Chicago visitors and locals!
