In this role, you will be the key point of contact for our customers, ensuring their vehicles are maintained and repaired efficiently and effectively. Your main goal will be to keep our customers lives moving smoothly, so they can focus on what matters most to them. Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and the flow of the Drive Lane, ensuring customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the customers experience by completing additional assignments that leave a positive impression.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person, ensuring customers are not mishandled.
• Ensure the daily inventory of technicians time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Efficiently distribute work among technicians.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Maintain the Customer Success Index at or above company standards.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems; order parts and tools as necessary.
• Oversee the administration of warranty claims and supervise the service department.
• Reinforce company policies and adhere to company standards.
• Encourage compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintain a good working relationship with factory representatives and foster positive employee relations.

Qualifications

• Reynolds and Reynolds experience, preferred but not required
• 2+ years working in the automotive service industry
• Organized and friendly personality.
• Demonstrated ability to manage others.
• Strong time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills with customers.
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
• Consistent record of service and sales success.
• Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results.
• Team-oriented and self-motivated.
• Able to work with little supervision.
• Clean driving record and valid drivers license.
