Pre Construction Coordinator

Location: Marietta, GA Position Type: Full-time Hybrid Position Summary: We are seeking a highly detailed, organized, and motivated multitasker to join our team as the Preconstruction Coordinator. This role is crucial and integral to managing and supporting the company's estimating efforts. This position requires excellent organizational skills, a proactive attitude that is highly valued, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Key Responsibilities: Project Documentation Management: Organize and manage all project-related documentation, including plans, specifications, and amendments. Ensure that all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible to the preconstruction team. Bid Package Preparation: Assist in the preparation of bid packages, proposals, and presentations. Ensure that all bid documents are complete, accurate, and submitted on time. Scheduling and Coordination: Coordinate project schedules and deadlines. Track critical dates and ensure that all team members are aware of upcoming milestones. Subcontractor and Vendor Communication: Communicate with subcontractors and vendors to gather pricing, availability, and other necessary information.
