Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health qualification along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certification Requirements

• Must obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of joining.
• Maintain active certification for the duration of employment.
