• Assist in specimen acquisition and prepare samples for analysis as necessary.
• Accurately document all procedures, mentor new team members or students, and uphold the highest laboratory quality standards.
• Ensure a clean and safe workspace while conforming to regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health education, alongside preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of hire.
• Retention of current certification throughout your tenure.
