As part of continued growth, they are looking to strengthen their consulting team with an experienced D365 Business Central Consultant who enjoys working closely with customers, analysing business processes and delivering practical ERP solutions. Your Responsibilities Support and advise customers throughout the implementation and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement Deliver workshops, consulting sessions and solution demonstrations Support cloud migration and digital transformation projects Work closely with customers to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions Collaborate with developers and project teams throughout the project lifecycle Provide user training and ongoing customer support Your Profile Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Previous consulting, application support or key-user experience within ERP environments Strong understanding of business processes and process optimisation Experience gathering requirements and working directly with stakeholders Excellent communication and customer-facing skills Based in Southern Germany and open to regular customer travel Independent, organised and solution‑oriented approach to work What's on Offer Home office based role with customer-focused travel Opportunity to work on a variety of Business Central projects Strong focus on customer relationships and long-term partnerships Supportive and collaborative team culture Short decision-making processes and flat hierarchies Long-term career progression opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr LikeMind Recruitment
