Role Description This full‑time Leadership and Equity Partner role in Business Consulting is based in Berlin / Brandenburg, with flexibility for remote work. The role involves guiding SMEs through tailored business acceleration programmes, uncovering profit improvement opportunities and supporting succession and exit planning. As a trusted mentor you will provide clarity and leadership guidance, leveraging our proven methodologies to deliver actionable and measurable business outcomes. You will actively develop client relationships, collaborate with SME leaders and contribute to fostering strategic growth.
