What You'll Do

  • Assist in patient setup, positioning, and preparation for CT procedures
  • Operate diagnostic imaging equipment to produce detailed images of the chest and other body parts
  • Monitor patient vitals and report findings to the physician during procedures
  • Ensure radiation safety protocols to minimize exposure for patients and staff
  • Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment to meet quality standards
  • Document procedures accurately for billing and records
  • Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members throughout procedures

What You Need

  • Required:
    • ARRT registered radiologic technologist credential
    • BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
    • At least 2 years of experience in medical imaging or a related field
    • Ability to work flexible scheduling including weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts
    • Strong interpersonal and technical skills
  • Preferred:
    • Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Sciences or related field
