School Bus Driver - 2026-2027 The Saratoga Springs City School District has School Bus Driver openings flexible for your needs. Come join our team and work in a great environment. Get paid while we train! Responsibilities Make a positive impact in the lives of our students. Drive a few days a week. Transport sports teams to and from events. Drive every day with a permanent position. Benefits Paid training – $20.00 per hour. Competitive pay – $27.33 per hour (with benefits for permanent appointment). Bonuses. NYS Retirement System. School holidays and breaks off. Summers off with great potential for work if wanted. Health insurance when appointed to a permanent position or $4,000 for electing not to take coverage. Dental insurance when appointed to a permanent position. GPS tablets on all of our buses with bus route directions. Qualifications Eligibility for the appropriate level driver’s license (CDL B with Passenger & School Bus endorsements). 21 years of age at start of training. Valid driver’s license.
