Global Benefits Leader: SOPs, LOA & Compliance

Saviynt is seeking a Sr. Benefits Specialist to oversee global health and welfare programs. You will own LOA processes, develop scalable SOPs, and manage vendor EDI feeds while partnering with HRBPs, Payroll, and Finance on cross-border escalations and budgets. This role requires 5+ years of benefits admin experience, a BA in HR or related field, and strong regulatory knowledge across COBRA, FMLA, ACA, and HIPAA.
