Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in the NICU Implement and monitor care plans Coordinate multidisciplinary care efforts Manage discharge planning Qualifications Active Indiana RN license BLS certification within 30 days of start Preferred certifications in Neonatal Resuscitation and The S.T.A.B.L.E.
