Senior Warehouse & Inventory Specialist

Position Summary The Senior Warehouse & Inventory Specialist is responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day inventory operations of our warehouse, ensuring inventory accuracy, organization, and operational efficiency. This role serves as the primary resource for inventory management by overseeing inbound inventory shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, optimizing warehouse organization, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and confident working independently to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies while maintaining high operational standards. This position also supports daily warehouse operations, including order picking, quality control, packing, and shipping, as business needs require, and works closely with the Operations Manager to ensure the warehouse operates efficiently. Responsibilities Oversee the receiving process by inspecting, verifying, and accurately processing all inbound inventory shipments. Maintain ownership of warehouse inventory accuracy and organization. Manage inventory transactions and inventory records using NetSuite. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. Plan and execute cycle counts, inventory audits, and inventory reconciliations. Optimize warehouse organization and maintain efficient inventory storage locations. Ensure inventory is properly replenished and available to support daily operations. Complete and maintain retail receiving lists to ensure inventory is accurately received and recorded. Coordinate retail inventory receipts and ensure all inventory transactions are accurately processed. Perform quality control inspections on incoming inventory. Assist with order picking, quality control, packing, and shipping activities as business needs require. Develop, maintain, and improve warehouse inventory procedures and best practices. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment while promoting warehouse organization and inventory standards. Collaborate with the Operations Manager to improve warehouse efficiency and inventory processes. Qualifications Required 3+ years of warehouse, inventory control, or logistics experience. Strong inventory management and organizational skills. Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace. Ability to analyze inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Reliable attendance and a positive, team‑oriented attitude. Preferred Experience using NetSuite. Experience leading inventory control initiatives or warehouse organization projects. Experience performing cycle counts, inventory audits, and inventory reconciliations. Experience developing or improving warehouse procedures and inventory processes.
