Inventory Specialist - Rodeo Drive

Summary The Inventory Specialist at the Rodeo Drive boutique is responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of goods in and out of the store to support a seamless client experience. This in‑store role processes received stock, maintains organized inventory, prepares outbound shipments, and supports the execution of cycle counts and the annual physical inventory. The specialist works closely with the Inventory Supervisor, Operations Manager, and boutique team to uphold operational standards. Responsibilities Process received stock and record inventory into the system Organize and maintain stock in line with brand standards Prepare and ship outbound shipments according to procedures Execute stock cycle count program and annual physical inventory with direction from leadership Support opening and closing procedures and day‑to‑day receiving/shipping to enable sales Build positive relationships with boutique team members to inspire trust and teamwork Requirements Minimum 1 year of related experience Minimum High School diploma or equivalent Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays Ability to move and lift items up to 25 lbs; physical handling of inventory Foreign language skills preferred but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
