Change Management Consultant

The Change Management Coordinator serves as an embedded change partner for assigned Project workgroups while supporting the Change Management Project Manager in executing enterprise-wide change management initiatives. This role drives organizational readiness, communications, leader engagement, and adoption activities, ensuring consistent application of the Project Change Management Framework across all workgroups. The coordinator acts as the conduit between workgroups, project leadership, training, and operational leaders to promote alignment, readiness, and successful adoption of organizational change. Partner with the Change Management Project Manager to execute enterprise-wide change management strategies and initiatives. Support the implementation of the Project Change Management Framework across all assigned workgroups. Drive consistency in change management practices, tools, and templates, across the program. Coordinate enterprise-wide readiness activities, engagement campaigns, and adoption initiatives. Assist in maintaining the overall change management roadmap. Support planning and execution of Change Coalition engagement activities. Monitor progress of change management deliverables across workgroups and proactively address barriers to execution. Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and readiness updates for program leadership. Identify opportunities to improve change management processes, tools, and organizational readiness across Project. Travel onsite to Dallas approximately 25% to support stakeholder engagement, and program milestones Develop and execute communication artifacts that support organizational readiness and stakeholder engagement Partner with Change Management project manager to ensure consistent messaging across all workstreams. Go-Live Readiness & Deployment Planning Coordinate and manage assigned workgroup go-live readiness activities. Develop, maintain, and track comprehensive go-live readiness checklists for assigned workgroups. Partner with workgroup facilitators and operational leaders to collect, validate, and maintain readiness information. Monitor readiness progress, identify gaps, and proactively follow up on outstanding items. Escalate risks, barriers, and overdue readiness activities to the Change Management Project Manager. Coordinate cross-functional change management activities with Communications, Training, Operational Readiness, IT, and PMO teams. Support the execution of integrated go-live plans, deployment schedules, and cutover readiness activities. Participate in Go-Live Readiness Assessments content design and command center planning. Assist with post-go-live stabilization, adoption metrics, and lessons learned activities. Preferred Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in organizational change and strategy management roles Ability to create visual learning content Extensive M365 experience Knowledge of change management theory (ProSci, Kotter, Lewin's, etc.) Ability to travel to Dallas up to 50% monthly (expensed by the company) #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Global
