Check out our free, two-part CEU series on BehaviorLIVE to see what we're all about!)$750 Yearly professional development stipend (can be used for conferences, licensure, recertification, etc.)Monthly clinical forums (live CEUs)Person-centered care and assent-based treatment programmingReasonable 20-hour minimum weekly billable targetQuarterly bonus opportunities, up to $12k total per year for full-time BCBAs!Support from multiple specialty teams including Feeding Intervention Support Team, Functional Analysis Support Team, and High-Risk Review TeamExperienced scheduling, training, and insurance teamsWhat You HaveMaster's degree or higher (in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field)BCBA certification or expected to sit for the BCBA exam within the next three monthsMinimum of two years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilitiesCertification, registration, and/or license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatmentExceptional professional, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and vocal)Commitment to our five values: partnership, integrity, curiosity, client-centered, and excellenceWhat You'll Be DoingProvide oversight and supervision for your team and clientsMentor and support behavior technicians (BTs) (note: all our BTs go through competency-based training)Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sourcesAttend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervisionConduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for family membersTreat the safety of clients and others involved in each case as a top priorityConsult with clients and provides continuous program direction and maintenanceAnalyze data/behavior and makes data-based decisionsGuide ongoing implementation of teaching proceduresEnsure program directives from senior clinical team are implemented accurately and timelyDeliver individualized, person-centered care rooted in the principles of assent-based treatmentPhysical RequirementsMust be able to walk, run, stand, sit, bend, kneel, squat, crawl, reach, balance, and move quickly as needed. Must push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs., maintain client safety awareness, respond quickly to changes, and safely manage client movement per ABA guidelines. Requires stamina, sustained concentration, effective communication, and ability to work in loud, high-stimulation environments.
