Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and collaborative Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to join our expanding team.

The OTR/L will provide comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, deliver skilled interventions, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members. The position also includes clinical supervision and collaboration with Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and standardized assessments.
• Develop individualized, measurable treatment goals and plans of care.
• Provide evidence-based interventions targeting fine motor coordination, visual-motor integration, sensory processing, self-regulation, activities of daily living, executive functioning, and functional independence.
• Collaborate with caregivers to provide education, home programming, and strategies that support skill development across environments.
• Supervise and collaborate with COTAs in accordance with Wisconsin licensure requirements and applicable payer guidelines.
• Complete timely, accurate evaluations, progress reports, treatment documentation, and discharge summaries.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical findings and functional outcomes.
• Collaborate with speech-language pathologists, occupational therapy staff, and other professionals to provide coordinated care.
• Maintain compliance with professional standards, documentation requirements, and clinic policies.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Current Wisconsin Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• NBCOT certification.
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
• Experience with pediatric populations preferred.
• Experience supervising COTAs preferred.
