Rehabilitation Therapist/Full or Part-time

We’re hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time role with one of our trusted clients. Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program
Experience working with adult and geriatric populations, preferably in skilled nursing or long-term care settings
Experience with Net Health is a plus

Provide compassionate and effective occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric residents in a skilled nursing facility in Janesville, WI
Assess resident needs and develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
Support residents in achieving personal goals and rehabilitation milestones
Accurately document care and maintain compliance standards
Collaborate with therapy and nursing teams to ensure patient-centered outcomes
Educate residents and families on safe techniques and strategies to maximize independence
