Mobile Certified Personal Trainer

Compensation: $40$43 per training session + performance bonuses + PTO + career advancement opportunities

What You'll Do

• Deliver engaging, personalized in-home and on-site personal training sessions
• Design customized fitness programs using the GYMGUYZ App
• Conduct client reassessments and progress tracking
• Educate clients on healthy habits and sustainable lifestyle changes
• Manage your schedule and client communications professionally
• Encourage, motivate, and celebrate client success
• Participate in community outreach and relationship-building activities
• Represent GYMGUYZ's core values Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, Excellence (DRIVE) in every session

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent)
• Current CPR/AED certification
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally between client appointments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, dependable, and self-motivated attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with a variety of client populations
• Passion for helping others achieve lasting results
• Comfortable using fitness technology and mobile applications
• Experience with Trainerize, Mindbody, or similar platforms
